The digital divide is closing between Latinos and other Americans. Based on the PewResearch Hispanic Center’s 2012 National Survey of Latinos, this has come largely in part by technology adoption among foreign-born Latinos and Spanish-dominant Latinos. The digital divide between Latinos and whites is much smaller than it has been in the past few years. A large spike in internet and cell phone usage has helped Latinos close in on the divide.
